    Competitive pricing, responsive sales team and excellent follow up with technical assistance in getting DNS registered, mail services, and then web site creation. Services are located in the USA and you get a live person every time.

    They make changes they can not correct, and they change their story continuously. They do not take responsibility for any unsatifactory changes they make. No manager and no supervisor is ever available. Their tech support sucks.

    Site went down due to an issue with php config file. Live chat support was available immediately and had my site back up and running in 5 minutes. Very pleased with the fast and friendly service!
