    no problems yet. have been able to install and run a small CMS (Moodle) program for 30 students. a little confusing getting in and out of their webmail/account settings , etc. Not for a newbie.

    They make changes they can not correct, and they change their story continuously. They do not take responsibility for any unsatifactory changes they make. No manager and no supervisor is ever available. Their tech support sucks.
