    Umbrella is not only technically superior to any other hosting company I have previously dealt with, they are also super fast to respond to technical support tickets. At first I was tempted to go with some other providers in order to save 5-10$ a year,

    Good Dedicated Hosting and Good Support but the only bad thing is this is slow in accessing website, and in some countries it is not working

    They are terrible. They cannot keep my sites up and the customer service does not know what they are doing. Just keep you on hold and shuffle you around.

    At CSG we are constantly updating our own or client sites. If ever an issue arises, the staff at Umbrella support is quick to respond. Moreover, they fix it the first time and always with a great and appreciative attitude!
