    They are terrible. They cannot keep my sites up and the customer service does not know what they are doing. Just keep you on hold and shuffle you around.

    I asked to move 2 URSLs from 2 separate servers and run it on a 3rd server with my 3rd URL. First they shut down the 2 web pages. Two days later and after 6 phone conversation they still have not done it and one web page is still shut down.

    This hosting company has the worst Customer Support I have ever encountered. No matter how many times you attempt to connect to Live Chat, you get a “30 minute wait”, and even then it remains unanswered. How can I add a 0 star for User support?

    I love “Live Chat.” I get the quickest response times. I was helping a friend with a site using another host and saw the difference. Wait times with that host were 3-4 minutes. WindHosting is the difference.

    Customer service is horrible, I know more than them cracks me up…..NO PHP SUPPORT!!!!!!! If you like blogs or do anything with scripts forget this company the prohibit all scripts. THEY MAKE YOU USE THEIRS!!!!!!!!! GARBAGE
